There will be a FALL TRYOUT for the University of Colorado Cheer Squad. The fall tryout is scheduled for Sunday, August 1st from 10 am to 1 pm. Please download the tryout info under the TEAMS/Univ of Colorado tab of our website and bring ALL paperwork filled out to the tryout. GO BUFFS!

DID YOU MISS TRYOUTS?? Email Wendy at wendy@cheercentralsuns to schedule a Private Evaluation right away. Our teams officially close August 1st. We are looking for the following specific athletes:

Two Level 3 athletes (round off handspring tucks)- Ages 12-18

One Level 4 base/backspot- Ages 12-14

One Level 4 flyer (standing tuck, good flyer)- Age 15-18

One male athlete- Age 13-18

3 Flyers- Age 17 or older

Welcome to the home of the Cheer Central Suns!!! We are home to many incredible athletes and their families, and we invite you to get a glimpse into our program through our website. Whether you are already a part of our program or are interested in finding out more, this is a great resource to learn all about what we have to offer! Cheer Central has something for everyone. We have classes for all levels and ages from the beginner to the seasoned athlete. Whether your child needs to learn a forward roll or a double full, we have a top notch staff ready to work with your child at their level.

For the 2009-10 All Star season, Cheer Central is home to 15 teams: 10 competitive traveling teams, 3 Pre-CAST (Pre-Competitive-All-Star Team) non-traveling teams, an adult Open Level 6 team, and a team for kids with special needs. We are extremely proud of all of our athletes - they work very hard and have tremendous success competing at both the local and national levels. The Rumor Mill

	I heard that the CU cheerleaders are required to be on Cheer Central's Open team.
	I heard Cheer Central doesn't allow their athletes to take any breaks.
	We hear this from people all the time: I was told (or I believe) that my child would NEVER make a Cheer Central team.
	I heard Cheer Central directly recruits athletes from other programs.
	We heard this one from a parent of another program at our last competition: Wendy (one of the owners) has sold her portion of Cheer Central to a dad.
	I was told Cheer Central is a "break off" from another program.
